Sometimes...Thoughts from Ordinary Joe

Sometimes we got to say what we got to say but we can't say what we got to say sometimes because it’s best to travel and speak in incognito so we can say what we have to say without fear of reprisal or retaliation. Like teachers for example many of them have no imagination and can't reach their audience, the student. The flip side of that is they have imagination and get reprimanded for searching for a solution instead of harping on the problem and we all know harping on the problem is the way to more money. Though it should be whether a child or student is going to learn profit or benefit from the imagination of the teacher.

So let's examine this for a moment; if they (being the bureaucracy) get more money for problems, what's the incentive to come up with solutions if that leaves you and or your program broke. I ponder this question with malice when I think about our criminal justice system and the claims of overcrowding that it perpetuates every year, or the fact that the state of New Jersey has had a surplus of energy for many years and sells that energy and still gets approved a rate increase each and every year. You may say what does this have to do with the original thought, and I say don't be naive.

In school districts around the country they work very hard to keep their special education programs full simply for the dollars and cents that each and every child produces annually and the student doesn't even know. If you have a special education program and receive $10,000.00 per student and have 10 students attending that program 12 months a year that equates to 1.2 million annually, you do the math.

This essay, article, blog or whatever you want to call it is really about the deterioration of our society, bad meaning good. When does good mean good? When do we stop perpetuating behavior in our society that rewards the degradation of our people? In the words of former President George W. Bush let me make this clear, when I say people I don't mean a particular group, I mean a cross section encompassing all those who are not economically able to fight for their own which is increasing too much in the wealthiest nation on the planet. You can't say people don't know, I read a book that told us the plan, not a great prophecy, the person knew the plan and was compelled to inform as many as he could. I am not so naive to believe that everybody can and will have everything they ever wanted, however I am hopeful that they can get the medical attention when needed. I am hopeful that people who can and want to work and pay their way can get a job that will provide a good day’s wages for a good day of work.
